Joyce Bailey was a high school teacher with a Master of Education degree prior to becoming an appraiser in 1989. A native of Louisiana, Joyce has taught real estate and appraising in several states from Louisiana to Maine. She moved to Georgia in 1996 and began teaching real estate and appraising in Georgia in 1998. Joyce was Certified Residential for 10 years prior to becoming Certified General (GA#208716) and knows HOW to teach students every facet of appraising.
